BSMP

Every check. One document. On demand.

What is a BSMP?

A Building Safety Management Pack is a single document, generated on demand, that consolidates every compliance check for a property. It opens with the CompliScore rating, checks completed and evidence outstanding, then covers structure and fabric, fire and life safety, building services, access and egress, and other items, with certificates attached as appendices.

Five areas, every check accounted for

Each item is a plain status check, with inspection dates, validity periods and a direct link to its evidence.

BSMP questions

What is a Building Safety Management Pack (BSMP)?

A Building Safety Management Pack is a single document, generated on demand, that consolidates every compliance check for a property. It opens with the CompliScore rating, checks completed and evidence outstanding, then covers structure and fabric, fire and life safety, building services, access and egress, and other items, with certificates attached as appendices.

Who is a Building Safety Management Pack for?

Accountable and Responsible Persons, managing agents, housing associations, and RMC or RTM boards: anyone who has to show, not just say, that a building is safe and compliant.

How does a BSMP support Building Safety Act compliance?

Section 83 of the Building Safety Act requires an Accountable Person to assess building safety risk as soon as reasonably practicable, and section 84 requires that assessment to be kept under review. A BSMP gives that duty a documented, evidence-backed form, with checks, dates and appendices in one place.

Can a BSMP reduce insurance risk?

Yes. Buildings insurance is underwritten on a fair presentation of the risk. An outdated or mis-categorised defect can give an insurer grounds to reduce or refuse a claim. A BSMP gives brokers and insurers an evidence-linked, independently scored record of the building, which narrows the gap between what is on file and what is true.

Stop chasing paperwork. Start proving compliance.
